Kebap's in Beerlin

After a tough year at University, I, along with three of the greatest people, departed the UK for a fortnight of frolicking around Europe.

Molly, James, Huw and I embarked on an interrail adventure, starting in Berlin, Germany. We boarded our Ryan Air flight from Stanstead to Berlin, arriving in to a calm and crisp German evening.

We hopped on the U-Bahn (the German version of the underground) and sought out our hostel, Happy Bed Hostel. We found it after a lot of hassle, dumped our bags and headed out to explore the neighbourhood.

After a busy day travelling, our tummies began to grumble. We had heard some good things about a street vendor doing, arguably, some of the best kebabs in Germany, a dish which scattered the streets of Berlin. Luckily it wasn't hard to spot, we just needed to look for the long queue!

Following a long, but worth it, wait we finally reached the front, and dived in to the most delicious kebabs.

One of our favourite parts of Germany was the fact you can just drink on the street, without looking like a drunkard! On the way back to our hostel we picked up some bottles from a local shop and sipped away as we planned our day in Berlin tomorrow.
