No Bake Snicker Energy Bites

I love baking. But I tell you what I love more, making a delicious healthy bake-style snack without any baking involved.

Introducing my no bake energy bites.

Chocolatey and nutty, these little bites of deliciousness have got just what you need for a 11am or 4pm snack fix. Step away from the chocolate bar, this is the new go to snack. And whats better, they couldn't be easier to make!

For a batch you will need:

1 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup toasted nuts
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

First up, toast the nuts over a medium heat.

Now measure all of the ingredients out.

Then combine to form a lovely, chocolatey and nutty mixture.

Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Once cooled completely, grab a spoonful and mould in to a ball. Do this for the whole mixture and you should haeve 18-20 energy bites, dependent on how much mixture you use for each one.

Refrigerate to keep them extra firm. They will keep for up to a week. See if you can make them last that long!
